Location in Robin Hood's Bay
When you reach Robin Hood's Bay, go right to the bottom of the hill next to the slipway. You can either drive down to unload and then take your car back to the top of the village to park (see below) - or walk down with your luggage.

As you face the sea at the bottom of the hill, Ocean View and The Locker are in the left side of the yellow house at the top of the steps on your right - see the picture above.

Ocean View
Walk up the steps to the top and turn right, round the back of Ocean View to reach the front door. The private terrace is on your left.

The Locker
Walk up the steps and The Locker door is facing you. As you walk up the steps you will pass The Locker's private garden on your right.

Parking
There is parking at the top of the old village by the Victoria Hotel at £5 a night in 2011, during 'the season'. It is free during the winter. If you arrive before 5pm you can buy a parking permit which gives you a day free - and can be used at other Scarborough Borough Council car parks, e.g. in Whitby, Scarborough, Filey, Sandsend, Staithes and Runswick. You buy the permit at Station Road Stores, which is on your left as you approach Robin Hood's Bay, above the old village. There is additional car parking at the SBC Station Car Park a little further up the road past Station Road Stores.

Or you may be able to get a permit for Fisherhead parking in the old village. You buy the permit in advance from Tim and Kate, tel 01947 880723 - and they post it to you.
